£52,000 per annum plus bonus, company car and Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Operational centre will be Kingswood (Cannock WS11 8JP)

Travel will be required.

What will you be doing?

Lead Commercial Management position responsible to leverage our Total Waste Management business across the UK working with the Industrial, Water and Energy operational business.

Commercial responsibility for decision to internalise service provision or use third party suppliers

Challenge internal business to be able to provide quality service at market competitive rates

Provide market commercial intelligence through benchmarking to internal stakeholders and external clients , to dry clients to renew rather than tender

Working through Veolia procurement formalise third party waste and recycling agreement through formal agreements and MSAs to minimise risk

Creating back to back KPIs and to leverage Veolia commercial position through volume discounts and purchasing savings

Manage the external and internal governance process when price rises are applied to clients and through the internal business to TWM.
What are we looking for?

Extensive knowledge of the TWM Market

Strong influencing and negotiation skills

A track record in contract development and long term relationship based service provision

Experience managing multiple commercial activities with a robust commercial acumen

Strong leadership and organisational skills
