Position - Assistant Accounts Manager based in Cheadle;
We are looking to recruit an experienced accounts professional to become an integral part of our expanding Accounts team.
This is a wide and varied role covering all aspects of the day-to-day accounts function supporting the Accounts Manager and the team.
Sales and purchase ledger - posting, invoicing and reconciling Posting receipts and payments Setting up new accounts Assisting with raising of supplier payments and completion of payment run Customer & Supplier query resolution Credit Control Posting of general ledger transactions Bank reconciliations (Not essential) Client account reconciliations Assistance with general enquires
Skills and experience required: Experience of Sage 50 and good working knowledge of Excel essential Integrity, with an ability to handle confidential information Diligent, organised and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills Team orientated individual.
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00 with 30 minutes for Lunch Holidays - 20 Days plus 8 Bank Holidays Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
