Sue Ross Recruitment are working with an Accounting and Payroll Consultancy in the recruitment of an experienced Payroll Clerk.
This is an opportunity to join a small but growing bureau specialising in payroll and auto enrolment with clients ranging from Charities, Nurseries, Sole Traders, Franchisees, Travel Companies, White Label service and more. Bringing a lot of variety to the job across payrolls and pension processing.
This role will 30 hours per week up to full time, negotiable hours depending on the successful applicant preferably across minimum of 4 days (Monday to Friday).
The role requires at least 2 years’ experience in processing various types of payrolls and pension uploads. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a varied portfolio of clients all differing in the detail of their payrolls and have experience processing payrolls from timesheets to RTI and pension submissions; they will need to be flexible; confident; accurate; conscientious; have an eye for detail; able to self-manage workload and meet regular deadlines; a team player being motivated and initiative when working alone. This role is flexible around the workload and the candidate’s lifestyle to some degree and will be negotiated at interview.
Skills & Experience:
* Payroll processing on any electronic Payroll software.
* Automatic enrolment assessments and pension uploads.
* Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
* Team Player
* Bureau Payroll experience ideally
