Ignata Finance are exclusively partnering a highly sucessful, entertainment and music business in their search for a new CFO.

After several years of consistent organic growth this unique, market-leading business are now looking for their first full time CFO to partner the Board and spearhead the next phase of their expansion.

The succesful candidate will lead a small finance team, based at the headquarters in Surrey and will be expected to deliver quality strategic value-add to the CEO and investors. A key part of the role (and therefore prior experience will be preferable) will be around generating funding in order to facilitate the chosen growth strategies.

In addition to a "big picture" mindset, a strong commerical skill set and a high EQ, we are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience of leading high growth businesses. Prior experience of doing so within a PE backed environment along with buy & build experience will be highly advantageous.
