SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / CLIENT MANAGER

Our client is a family-owned accountancy practice based in Weybridge; they are looking for a Senior Accountant / Client Manager.

THE ROLE:

Experienced and ambitious ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant keen to develop/manage their own portfolio of clients.
Managing your Team – planning/assigning work, supervising, mentoring, training, and reviewing their work to ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
EXPERIENCE:

Min 5+ years practice experience in general practice setting.
Have at least 3 years post-qualification experience in practice.
Managing/Reviewing your Team’s work ready for sign out :

Accounts - For Ltd/Partnership/Sole Traders/LLP’s; Working knowledge of FRS 102, 1021a and 105; Monthly management accounts; Looking for advisory opportunities
Tax Compliance – CT600’s and Personal Tax; Looking for tax planning opportunities
Adhoc Projects - Business plans; Efficiency/Systems Reviews
Proficient in:

XERO fully certified 3yrs experience
TaxCalc, MS Office, Office365
Excel, Word
OTHER:

What will you receive:

Competitive salary range – negotiable according to experience, based on a full-time position.
20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, as a minimum 3 extra days between Xmas and New Year

Hours of work – flexible and negotiated in line with KPI’s
There is currently a team of eight UK employees. You will be joining that team. There is also another full outsourced flexible team to support the business.
