Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large Professional Services firm looking to recruit a Reward Manager. Liaising with the nosiness and taking the lead on firm wide projects, this is a permanent position.
Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to: * Developing, socialising and executing recommendations that deliver the firm's objectives in conjunction with the needs of individual business areas. * Delivering annual processes such as annual pay review, including requirements gathering, functional tool configuration. * Collaborating with other teams to test systems, preparing test cases and scenarios and working with stakeholders to address concerns raised. * Supporting compensation benchmarking processes. * Reviewing processes, methods and tools and recommend changes to enable effective and efficient information flow.
