Working within this established and sucessful company, within a small and friendly team the role is busy and varied and will involve:

checking and processing of invoices

raising purchase orders

assisting in reconciling supplier statements

inputting and processing weekly payroll using Sage

inputting labour costs

opening and closing projects

updating expenses on spreadsheets

registering new clients on Sage

dealing with profit schedules

Hours 9 - 5 with one hour for lunch

26 days holiday plus bank holidays


It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role with solid accounts experience. Ideally with experience of Sage - although training could be given if confident and experienced in other accounts software.

Must be used to working with speed and accuracy and to weekly deadlines
