An amazing opportunity has come up for a organised and adaptable candidate to join an outstanding company based in Guildford. The purpose of this position is to support the manager with work that comes into the team and ensure that it is being delivered on time and to client expectations.
The Financial Coordinator will:
Ensure all relevant data is being captured and accurate Assist in delivery of the funding process for all clients Be responsible for the delivery of financial data Ensure all regulatory requirements are met Approving and processing of expenses Reconcile costs Ensure accurate capturing of financial data for reporting and billing purposes Make sure work is carried out in line with policy guidelines Assist with the setup of new clients Manage strong internal and external working relationships Ensure clients are correctly invoiced for all costs Assist with the client's data Work with the manager and help with any duties
To be considered for the Financial Coordinator you will:
Be a problem solver and able to manage data Work with flexibility and adapt to changing situations Have administrative skills Be a confident communicator both written and verbal Be confident on Microsoft packages, especially Excel Ideally have worked in finance previously Have amazing attention to detail
