Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 - pro-rata, depending upon experience
Part Time: 3 days a week 9am - 5pm
Our client, based in Hove, is a leading Property Management company who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a Part Time basis. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team with your own portfolio of properties, reporting to the Accounts Manager and providing outstanding customer service.
Budgets - prepare, review, and implement annual budgets Creation of service charge demands Processing of invoices - ensuring funds are in place Online banking - posting tenant receipts, bank reconciliations Service Charge accounts - preparing and reviewing draft accounts before sending out Credit control - ensure payment is made as per the terms of the lease/implement credit control procedures Resolving client enquiriesRequirements
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure Excellent communication skills - written and verbal, presentation of information Strong numeracy skills Good problem-solving skills. Ability to analyse information and make recommendations accordingly Good IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft programmes.
