Role Purpose

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Meetings Services team, based in Bristol. This is an ideal opening for someone looking to progress their career with a welcoming and supportive team in this varied and fast-paced role, where you will be encouraged to develop and take on new, exciting challenges.

Youll be working as part of a large team liaising with some well-known customers as you support anddeliver on both new and existing projects. Youll have the chance to be involved in the delivery of a wider range of high profile, high value projects.

Main Accountabilities

This role will see you demonstrate your passion for client service and project execution, working with different departments across the business, this role will require you to develop strong working relationships to support the development of this market and Computershares solution delivery.

Responsible for the co-ordination of multiple meeting related projects, driven from client requirements and assigned from the client management team. Youll be allocated new meeting request projects that require you to arrange and coordinate the meeting process in line with specific requirements.

Youll manage the full project lifecycle and be required to gather information and MI from multiple areas of the business to provide updates. Having strong communication skills, youll take scripts and proofread documents ready for distribution. In addition, on the day of the event, youll support the client manger through.

Other roles and responsibilities include;
  • Accurate and timely deliveryof each project assigned to you
  • Assistance to other members of the team as and when required
  • Manage multiple number of projects in a fast-paced environment

Skills/Experience & Competencies

Were looking for someone who holds a background in customer service that can establish strong working relationships.

Holding excellent literacy and numerical skills will allow you to successfully communicate across all levels of the business, both written and verbal, and unable you to work through problems both of a technical and non-technical nature.

Highly competent in demonstrating excellent organisational, including the ability to forward plan, balance priorities and co-ordinate multiple tasks, with meticulous attention to detail, whilst taking ownership to see projects through to completion.

You will be practised in working as part of a team, aligned with being self-motivated, enjoy using your own initiative, and you will work with consistency, integrity, accountability, and professionalism at all times.
