Search Accountancy & Finance are currently working with a client based in Manchester City Centre that are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. Responsibilities:


Managing the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes
Prepare and review the monthly management accounts
Provide support on Reporting & Analysis on the commercial areas with financial analysis/modelling of commercial deals
Work with key stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of the drivers of business performance in order to enhance financial forecasting and decision making
Line manage responsibility for members of the finance team, providing developmental support or training
Seek opportunities to continuously improve procedures as necessary to adequately support the business activities
Produce monthly and other ad hoc financial reports and ensure that these are distributed to the relevant Budget Holder and that appropriate action is taken where necessary
Responsible for ensuring that financial reconciliations are undertaken and reviewed on a timely basis, as requiredThe ideal candidate:

Fully Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
Proven ability to lead, manage, develop and motivate a professional team
Significant experience of working in an accounts preparation role with strong analytical skills and delivering an exceptional customer service to stakeholders
Experience of supporting senior leaders in strategic planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence senior colleagues The Package:
