Senior Finance Executive

Salary:
£20-24000 depending on experience
Your hours working as a Senior Finance Executive:
Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week, between the hours of 9am-5pm
Some of the perks you can expect as Senior Finance Executive:
In addition to a basic salary, you will benefit from a team incentive scheme and company pension scheme after a qualifying period. Annual leave entitlement will be 25 days per annum (pro-rata) and unpaid leave can be requested and is subject to approval and business needs.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Finance Executive:

• Authorise and process supplier invoices for UK and overseas clients
• Liaison with suppliers with regards to financial matters
• Weekly Payment Runs
• Processing client receipts either by cheque, bacs or credit card
• The use of Sage 200
• Weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
• Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Check client invoices
• Create a profit report for each booking within each year, setting core data and costing template information
• Record actual receipts and payments against each relevant tour
• Support with the creation of individual tailor made quotations
