Associate Director - Funds - Investment Management - City of London - £85k-£95k including 40% Bonus - Flexible Working

A high growth infrastructure fund is searching for a talented Associate Director to join their high performing fund operations team in a newly created role as they continue to on-board and manage further assets. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the portfolio of renewable assets in addition to high level oversight of accounts provided by the administrators. Reporting directly to the Fund Finance Director, this opportunity requires someone to work broadly across finance, managing people and various funds whilst working closely with the investment team and assisting with new transactions.



Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely management and financial reporting across the portfolio to the Limited Partners and Investors
  • Oversight of the on-boarding of assets once required
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Fund Finance Director relating to the relevant finance matters for the funds and investment trusts
  • Present financial information in both internal and external board meetings
  • Ensuring accuracy of financial information presented in investor reports
  • Oversight of fund reporting timetables, managing the accuracy and input of outsourcers, administrators, and depositories
  • Assist the set-up of new funds and manage fund level audits as required
  • Management of three qualified accountants

Requirements:
  • Qualified (ACA or ACCA) or equivalent
  • 3 years PQE +
  • Investment Trust/Infrastructure/Financial Services experience
  • Fund Accounting experience within industry
