My client is an NZX listed organisation specialising in the FMCG industry. Having been in operation for over 50 years they are showing no signs of slowing down. Recent upgrades to the system has in turn created a new role for an additional Accounts Receivable officer to join the supportive and dynamic team on a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent.

The Role

As the Accounts Receivable officer you will be reporting directly to the Financial Manager. Working in a team of three consisting of two Accounts Receivable Officers and a Credit Controller. The role will consist of end-to-end accounts receivable functions as well supporting the credit controller where need be. Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Duties

· Completing daily bank reconciliations

· Resolve any customer account queries

· Receipting and allocating of payments

· Issuing invoices

· Managing of debtor's report

· Helping the credit controller where needed

· Ad hoc duties as required

Skills & Experience

To be successful you will have proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working within a team and being responsible for you own accounts, you will be someone who can work collaboratively with others whilst being results-orientated with a high level of attention to detail.
