Description:

The Eastern Busway Alliance team are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join the team. In this role you will provide a range of accounting services supporting the commercial team and project team.

What you'll get involved in:

• Processing, Receipting and Checking of Purchase Orders in JDE.
• Managing workflow of Supplier Invoices in JDE.
• Reconciliation of Supplier Statements.
• Accounting support to Project Accountant.

About you:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Familiarity with "3-way matching" process for purchase orders and invoices is highly desirable.
• Experience in a large organisation and/or project environment.
• JDE systems experience preferably with purchase orders, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
• Intermediate to advance level in MS Office especially Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
