Accounts Payable Officer

Our Client

WE are seeking and experienced Accounts payable Officer to commence immediately. This could be an opportunity for a temp to perm role or temp (if that's all you are looking for). Currently in a rapid growth phase through acquisition and gaining market share there are plenty of upcoming opportunities. The lengthy tenures of employees is a testament to the organisational values and culture.

The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Exception reports, data entry and managing queries
• Coding invoices
• Setting up payment runs
• Managing the approval process
• Management of inbox queries
• Ad hoc duties as required

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• experienced in full function Accounts Payable
• High speed and accurate data entry skills
• a strong attention to detail
• a positive and professional team player
