This role reports to the Management Accountant and will be part of a small finance team that provides financial support and reporting to the business. You will be relied on to have high levels of attention to detail and a keen eye for continuous improvement.

Key Duties:

• Processing supplier invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements monthly
• Importing procurement purchase orders
• Updating foreign currency exchange rates
• Managing the AP email account
• Other adhoc duties as required

If you have:

• Accounts Payable experience in a similar role
• Effective and professional communication skills
• An eye for detail and accuracy
• Experience with Greentree
• Problem-solving skills
• Strength in time management
