The Role

You will play a critical role in taking a user centered view to defining, designing and delivering exceptional customer experiences across Fisher and Paykel's digital platforms.

As a Senior BA as part of an innovative Digital team, you will work across multiple teams to build global solutions for our digital platforms. You will be a fantastic communicator , comfortable to operate with stakeholders at all levels of the business and with a natural ability to drive positive change.

About You

You will be someone with 4+ years' proven business analysis experience in a digital and ecommerce context, ideally within a global organisation. You will be confident project manager, managing multiple projects concurrently while translating ambiguity into actionable deliverables in a performance based team culture.

As a core member of the team, you will be a well tenured Agile practitioner with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Eco system exposure who enjoys the nuances of business operational processes and adept in leading and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver key outcomes.
