Accounting ERP Transition Project Manager

The Role ‍

Location: Remote but able to work US Eastern Time Zone hours

Platform Transition is growing and we are looking for a Project Manager with Sage Intacct experience. You will be working in our Processing team, as well as meeting with our customers.

What you'll be doing...

• Work with customers to lead and support their data migration projects
• Proactively communicate with customers and our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction
• Provide a sense of calm and confidence for customers with punctuality, analytical acumen, and effective presentation skills
• Ensure customer success by being accountable, self-motivated, organized, and adaptable
• Use Clickup (project management software) and other systems to keep workflow processes organized and transparent
• Utilize and follow Platform Transition’s methodology and knowledge repository to achieve successful customer outcomes
• Develop and maintain competence around data extraction and report manipulation of various accounting systems
• Develop and maintain competence around the setup and use of Sage Intacct
• Develop competence in migration utility modification and loading processes
• Perform financial report validation and data review
• Attend and contribute to the company’s weekly virtual meetings and trainings

What we're looking for 

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager that will lead our Sage Intacct Data Migration projects, ensuring superb customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will be supporting multiple projects with excellent organizational, collaboration and time management skills.  Although the main focus of this position is customer management, the role will require all Project Managers to become trained in our data migration methodology to understand and become adept at some technical aspects of the migration.

Skillsets that are important

• Accountable self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance minimum 4-year equivalent work experience
• 2-4 years of experience in implementation of ERP applications Advanced proficiency with Excel
• CPA
• Minimum 2 years working with Sage Intacct (Implementation or End User) Sage Intacct Certifications
