We are an ACCA approved Accounting Firm providing Accounting & Financial services to our clients based in Pakistan & Abroad. We are looking for an Accounts Trainee Officer based in Rawalpindi / Islamabad
It is a 3-month paid trainee program that can potentially be converted into full-time employment based on performance.
Qualifications: Bachelors/ Fresh Graduates in Accounting & Finance / ACCA Student or Affiliate / M.Com / MBA or relevant degree.
Experience: 1 year experience, fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
Job type: Full time (This is a training opportunity leading towards a permanent job).
Training duration: 3 months
What will you learn:
After completion of three months period, the successful candidates will be placed in one of the departments of company on full-time employment basis.

Professional Acumen:
Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Mon to Fri)
Sat & Sun Off.

- Able to perform daily bank reconciliations and related reporting.
- Able to understand & record Insurance & loan entries.
- Able to record daily transactions data and related reporting.
- Able to record inventory transactions & related reporting
- Able to analyze & follow Payables & Receievables.
- Learn how to use RAK's Accounting Software and its working & reporting tools.
- Learn about the structure of our company, it's departments and their working.
- Opportunity to expand job responsibilities in the future in other domains such as Management & Financial Reporting

Job Description:
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions and complete the posting process
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Managing banking and general ledger reconciliations.
- Inventory Tracking.
- Tracking fixed assets and preparing depreciation schedules.
- Month, Quarter and Year End Closing.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as Trial balance, Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Report and Statement of Cash Flows.
- Reconcile or report any discrepancies in financial reports.
- Produce or pay invoices, expense, credit card bills or inventory orders.
- Tracking Employee hours and payroll processing.
