What will you do?

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce to join our Business Systems team, based in either our Auckland or Christchurch offices - with a hybrid working model available. You will own and be the expert for our critical business applications, ensuring they are consistently adding value to the business now and in the future. Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Primary owner of a portfolio of critical applications used within Ryman, including any communications pertaining to them to a range of key stakeholders
• Support new and existing applications, by undertaking functional configuration, creating and modifying scripts, providing technical guidance, integration set up, definition and management of roles and permissions.
• Understanding the business use cases of applications and identifying opportunities for improving or extending the use of software.
• Ensuring applications continue to meet business requirements and deliver value, by engaging with vendors to influence development roadmaps.
• Facilitating the deployment of system upgrades including testing, implementing and monitoring solutions.
• Constantly being on the lookout for ways to improve capabilities, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.

Who are you?

• Relevant Salesforce certifications, preferably around Salesforce Admin and/or Advanced Administrator
• 3-5 years of Salesforce configuration experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• You have a strong technical background and integration experience
• You have a high attention to detail and create quality documentation
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts
