We have an opportunity for a Finance Graduate to join our Graduate Programme, based in our central accounts team and learning how to support us in keep our financial records ship shape, whilst we support you in achieving your CIMA or ACCA qualification

What you’ll be doing

Here at Away Resorts our Finance team is integral to everything we do. Through controlling costs and maximising profitability, you will be able to make an impact on our financial results.

As part of our Finance Graduate Programme, you’ll spend three invaluable years working right at the heart of our business – with real responsibilities, and the chance to work on real projects.

Over the three years you will rotate through our core Finance pillars: Accounting & Control, Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Partnering.

Our graduate programme is designed to develop you into one of our future Finance leaders. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships and work with stakeholders within and outside of Finance giving you exposure across our fast-moving business.

During your programme we will support your study and training towards your CIMA or ACCA qualification.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need

If you can match the skills, experience and qualities listed below, we’d love to hear from you:

• A 2.2 degree is a minimum Finance background is desirable, but most importantly you’ll need an interest in the numbers, and once you get to know us, a passion for what we do

• Problem solving and customer service skills An all-round supportive team player Excel skills
