They are currently looking for an experienced Book Keeper to join their team as they continue to grow. The company's reputation has been built on outstanding delivery performance & customer service for over 30 years. This role would be working in a proudly Australian-owned and operated run company looking to add to its growing branch based in North Melbourne.

Your role will involve but is not limited to:
- Managing and administrative assistance to the office operations team
- Accounts receivables, payables, credit control, bank reconciliations
- Payroll and employment facilitation
- Administration assistance to the Finance Manager
- Liaison with company accountants
- Be proficient in Netsuite
- Be experienced with excel and other Microsoft programs
- Be able to work in high-pressure situations
- Be comfortable communicating and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
- Be proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Be able to multi-task
- Have an open mind and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Bring outside skills and knowledge
