This role would be working in a proudly Australian-owned and operated run company looking to add to its growing branch based in North Melbourne.

Your role will involve but is not limited to:

• Managing and administrative assistance to the office operations team
• Accounts receivables, payables, credit control, bank reconciliations
• Payroll and employment facilitation
• Administration assistance to the Finance Manager
• Liaison with company accountants

The successful candidate must:

• Be proficient in Netsuite
• Be experienced with excel and other Microsoft programs
• Be able to work in high-pressure situations
• Be comfortable communicating and cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
• Be proactive and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Be able to multi-task
• Have an open mind and willingness to learn
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Bring outside skills and knowledge
