About the AR Specialist opportunity:

Primary responsibilities of the AR Specialist include:
- Full-cycle AR
- Cash application and credit card payments
- Managing aging report and light collections
- Determining credit limits and new customer set-up
- Charge-backs and deduction resolution
Preferred Skills and Experience for the right AR Specialist candidate:
- 2+ years experience in full-cycle AR
- Strong MS Excel skills - ability to work with VLU & Pivot tables
- Professional communication
- High attention to detail

- Work hours are full-time, Monday-Friday. Flexible hours based on 8-5 schedule
- Hybrid role after training
- Overtime during peak times
