Feed your ambition. Deliver your future.

Our Graduate Programme isn’t one size fits all. Just like our delicious food, our scheme is carefully prepared to help you learn more, experience more and succeed more. We see our graduates as future leaders of our business. We don’t take on many people each year - we’re very selective. That means more time, energy and investment for you. Our Finance Graduate Programme is designed to develop our future Finance Directors, giving you access to the knowledge, experience and expertise you need to grow your career as a key player in our £2bn business.

What the scheme offers

Our three-year scheme is CIMA accredited, so you’ll study for your CIMA qualification whilst gaining hands-on experience. We understand that this is an intense course, so we allow you plenty of study leave, plus a whole day off on exam days, so you can focus and recover. Being part of our Finance Graduate Programme means gaining experience across all areas of our business, including Central Planning, Reporting, Operations & Distribution and Commercial & Group Finance, working with people of all disciplines and backgrounds. You’ll work closely with our senior leaders, including our CFO, working on business-critical projects and bringing your ideas to help us improve the way we work. Once you’ve completed the scheme and gained your CIMA qualification, our aim is that you’ll join us in a role that matches your skills and interests, and our business requirements.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for people with a 2:2 degree or above (realised or predicted) in any discipline, plus at least three A-levels at Grade B or above (or equivalent), including a maths or science-based subject. As you’ll be working with people across our business, you will need excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, as well as strong commercial awareness. You should be comfortable with change and brimming with ideas about how we can improve our business. This is a challenging and fast-paced scheme, so you’ll need plenty of drive, energy and enthusiasm.

You’ll also need the right to work in the UK - we can’t sponsor work permits.

The support to succeed

Our scheme is challenging and gives you hands-on responsibility very quickly. To help you succeed, we make sure everyone has access to the support they need, including mentoring and coaching, a dedicated buddy and a Senior Manager who will sponsor you throughout the programme. You’ll receive a tailored development plan, so you can take courses and complete training in areas that benefit you and your career.
