Nesco Resource is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Collections Coordinator for our client in Norwalk. This hybrid position is perfect for an experienced, tech-savvy Credit and Collections professional seeking their next opportunity!

Essential Duties:
- Process credit card payments, set customers up with auto-pay
- Maintain payment portals, contact records, and collections notes for future reporting
- Act as the Collections contact with past due customers - follow up via phone and email
- Take customer calls and provide assistance as needed.
- Own the Cash Application process
- Assist with month-end close as necessary.
- 3+ years of AR experience, with a focus on credit and collections
- Experience with Sage or a similar ERP system
- Knowledge of SalesForce a plus
