Role Purpose

Supporting the finance manager with the efficient and accurate financial management of the Control Risks Australia business with particular focus on the transition to D365.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the transition from Dynamics AX to D365
• Management of expenses system, including downloading of all expenses and ---Review of all expense claims for appropriateness of filing
• Set up of projects in Microsoft Dynamics CRM system-Accounts payable - Processing and paying creditor invoices on a timely basis
• Accounts receivable - raising invoices and follow up
• Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts
• Assisting with balance sheet account reconciliations monthly
• Posting and confirmation of inter-company transactions
• Assisting the finance manager with forecasts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a finance team role
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles
• Competent in Excel and advanced accounting software preferably D365
• Strong bookkeeping skills
• Degree qualified
