Job Summary
The Intern will be asked to participate in preparing corporate income tax and partnership returns such as Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8990, and 8992. They will prepare various schedules and work papers needed for certain calculations and to document the tax returns filing position for provision and return. The Intern will work under the direction of the International Tax Manager and the International Tax Supervisor. This position performs other career related responsibilities as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Manages Tax return workbooks for non-US subsidiaries and Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 8990, and 8992
- Supports Disclosure statements to be attached to the return
Preferences
- Possesses excellent communication (oral/written) and strong analytical skills; is detail oriented, proactive and a self-starter
- Displays ability to pick up software applications easily
- Develops an understanding of new concepts, follow detailed directions, and apply review notes/corrections to subsequent work
- Proficient in accounting
- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Finance and Accounting
- Manages to work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week
- Demonstrates experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access software
- Experience manipulating data or with data mining
