Consumer Additions are partnering with a well known, Global FMCG business who are looking to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team based in London.

Roles and

responsibilities:

• Business partner across the wider Finance, Retail, Marketing and Sales teams.
• Manage and prepare the monthly reporting.
• Ownership of the planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting for your entities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of financial planning process.
• Responsible for providing timely, accurate and relevant financial analysis for entities.
• Manage and develop direct reports within the team.
• Follow up with Operations and Financial Accounting teams to ensure timely submission of their deliverables impacting month end, forecast, budget in addition to timely and accurately monthly reporting submission.
• Regularly review actuals against expectations and provide explanations of deviations or adverse trends

The ideal candidate:

• Part qualified or Qualified Accountant with experience in management accounting and FP&A.
• Line management experience.
• Strong communication skills and able to build and maintain relationships.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
• Have experience in ERP/HFM systems.
• Consumer industry experience.
