Ignata Finance are exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing organisation in the hospitality sector in their search for a newly created Group FP&A Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who have been on an exciting growth journey over the last 18 months. The business aims to have 25 sites across the UK in the next 3 years.
The Group FP&A Manager will constantly challenge the businesses and team members, in a supportive and collaborative way, to enable them to operate efficiently and effectively across the business.

The Group FP&A Manager will constantly challenge the businesses and team members, in a supportive and collaborative way, to enable them to operate efficiently and effectively across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing meaningful, robust forecasts on a regular basis (typically weekly) to enable the Group to make good decisions, quickly, and to hold operational and marketing teams accountable for actions
- Developing clear KPI dashboards which spotlight challenges and opportunities and using these to drive actions and improvements
- Owning the Group’s 5-year strategic plan – keeping this up to date as the business evolves and ensuring that the Leadership Team is fully up to speed
- Leading on the Group’s annual budget process, working closely with the CFO / Group Financial Controller and our Head Office and Operational Teams to develop a meaningful plan, correlated with actions and activity
- Preparing clear, meaningful feasibility analyses and investment appraisals to support decision making around M&A, capital investment and other key business-related activity
- Leading on ensuring labour productivity and marketing effectiveness are measured, tracked and actions are taken to ensure we are getting the best outcomes possible for the business
- Supporting the CFO and the business on all M&A activity, including due diligence, analysis and preparation of business plans
- Such other responsibilities as the Company may reasonably designate from time to time
Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA)
- Extensive post qualification experience in a similar FP&A role in a commercial environment
- M&A experience, particularly due diligence and analysis, is advantageous
- Excellent MS Excel / MS Word experience
- Ability to present information clearly to support decision-making
- Multi-site B2C experience is advantageous
