RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire an AP Subcontract Specialist in Oak Creek, Wisconsin (WI).

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare Master Subcontract Agreements with new Subcontractors

AP Subcontract Specialist will assist Project Managers with job specific Subcontract Agreement scope of work details
Review subcontractor insurance Certs (Certificates of Insurance) to standard
Review Subcontractor monthly billing (AIA and other required documents as needed) (compliance)
AP Subcontract Specialist works on data enters ERP of subcontract and billing amounts
Obtain subcontractor lien waivers
Work with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable staff for release of subcontractor payments.
AP Subcontract Specialist will work with employees and managers with the Certify expense reimbursement software for approval of reimbursements, release of payments, and/or upload of weekly reimbursements
Problem-solve invoice and contract related matters as needed
Other tasks and duties in our accounting functions as needed (Purchasing and Accounts Payable department focused)
