· Process daily bank account funding and A/R roll forward.
· Review and maintain capital/expense projects request forms (CARS), review of requirements, status reports, tracking approvals, determination of capital vs expense categories.
· Maintain fixed asset records
· Prepare monthly capital and opening lease file for additions, terminations, and renewals.
· Prepare analysis of selected balance sheets and expense reports.
