The company:

The Role:

• Review the operating subsidiaries monthly P&L, balance sheet and supporting reconciliations
• Work with company accountants to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly financial accounts
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Drive systems and process improvements
• Statutory accounting
• Work with regional shared service centre to prepare consolidations
• Work with the GFC to ensure the group is audit-ready
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Building models to predict trends and market movements
• Ad hoc analysis/business partnering
• Review group cash flows

The person:

It is expected that you will be a people-centric person who is focused on deliverables and key outcomes. You will also have a track record of identifying and understanding issues, problems, and opportunities and be able to compare data from different sources to draw conclusions. CA / CPA qualifications are essential as is someone who is used to working in a large complex corporate environment. A working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
