About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 12 months Opportunity

This role as Senior Business Analyst Digital & Australia Transformation specifically the Australian Retail & Commercial Capital Reforms. The objective of the role is to identify and confirm how bankers, business owners and credit risk are impacted by the new Capital Reforms APS 112 and APS 113 and to ensure our future state solution is compliant.

Building communications architecture, positioning messages, creating simplicity and producing targeted, aligned and succinct information across multiple internal and external channels will be your key focus. Building influential relationships with stakeholders is critical to creating success.

What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Experience developing and implementing analysis processes to ensure desired business outcomes are met, traceability is created and maintained, and documentation is produced to a high standard
• Ability to understand complex regulations to create clarity and simplicity to elicit, document and effectively communicate requirements to multi-levels of stakeholders
• Experience in planning and estimation of resources required for analysis activities management activities as part of a project/program, and delivery within agreed time and budget
• Ability to work with other teams to understand dependencies and impacts to project requirements
• Strong understanding of business process and banking systems.
• Strong understanding and good working knowledge of:
  • Excel

  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Confluence
  • JIRA
• Demonstrate ANZ values and align culture to achieve business outcomes, adapting own behaviour to changing demands, fostering collaboration across teams / business units to remove barriers and manage resistance to change
• Support the analysis of project and program risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability throughout the life of the project or program in accordance with established effective document management
• Ability to work autonomously and operate with a collaborative approach
