The Role
Being the sole manager, you will work closely with all partners and manage a team of driven accountants.

• Mentoring, training and reviewing team members
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Providing high level business services, commercial and tax restructuring and succession planning advice
• Manage budgets and other KPIs
• Identify avenues to grow the fee base
• Managing client list and lodgement requirements

About You

• Hold a relevant degree
• Be CA/CPA qualified
• Experience in providing high-end business advisory
• Experience in business development
• Passionate about guiding and developing staff
• An ability to prioritise, delegate and review work for the team
• An ability to build strong client and team relationships
• A desire to develop and excel the practice
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
