We help people buy everything, everywhere, every day. Our product ecosystem of buy now pay later, and business financing products has been designed around the core needs of today's shoppers, retailers, and small and medium enterprises.

This is a key role in our P&CA team where you will provide specialist reward advice across multiple jurisdictions to our People Business Partners and key business stakeholders.

This role offers plenty of variety, from supporting and leading projects, managing the annual remuneration review process, generating reports and providing data insights, keeping up to date with changes in market practices and regulatory changes, providing people data analysis, provision of advice to People Business Partners and Leaders, assisting with the preparation of Board reports and other P&C projects.

This role would suit someone with a strong reward background with some generalist HR experience who is looking to grow their skills and experience, leading reward related projects. We are open to this role being based in Sydney or Auckland.

Who will thrive in this role?
