Overview of the Grants Accountant role:
  • Oversee the preparation and timely submission of grant reporting and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with the rules and regulation provided from the administrator/federal government.
  • Grant monitoring
  • Assist with quarterly and annual regulatory fillings
  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, assist with reporting and external audit
  • Ad hoc project

Preferred Qualifications for the Grants Accountant:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of grants experience
  • Nonprofit experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
