Growing consumer product goods company located in the DTC is looking for a sharp Accounts Receivable Lead to assist their team!
Stable company that's been around for over 100 years!
Flexible hours, hybrid role with no overtime!
The Accounts Receivable Lead will report to the Controller.
Accounts Receivable Lead Duties:
Identify, manage, track, reconcile, and process trade deduction claims
Work with 3rd party logistics company to minimize freight claims and fines.
Facilitate the research, analysis, and resolution of claims
Engage actively in enhancing policies and procedures to ensure that all claims are identified and resolved in accordance with US GAAP
Process journal entries for claims and reconcile associated balance sheet and income statement accounts
Work with company employees, brokers, and customers to ensure the achievement of the company's budget for claims
Accounts Receivable Lead Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of strong accounts receivable experience
- experience with consumer product goods/retail/trade deductions is highly desired
- system-savvy
- proficient with Excel (no macros needed)
- strong communication skills
- problem-solver
Hours for the Accounts Receivable Lead are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with flexibility) in a business casual environment
No overtime!
The Accounts Receivable Lead role will be in the office until trained (2-3 weeks), then can move to a hybrid schedule
Accounts Receivable Lead candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check
