Job description:
Purpose of the role:
• To enable service deliverables across processes as per agreed SLA
• To ensure all accounting processes in compliance with regulations and company policies
• To support in migration of process from other location to India.
Key
responsibilities:
• Responsible for multiple finance and accounting processes to pre-determined KPI’s and SLA. Processes may include, but not limited to -
o General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
o A/R and A/P management
o Payroll & Payments
o Monthly accounting and clients reporting
o Variance analysis
o Budgeting and cost control
o Support for statutory accounting and audit
• Understanding the key requirements for deliverables and guiding the team for achieving the same
• Reviewing the tasks performed by team members
• Support in migration of processes from other locations into the SSC
• Support in preparation of trackers, issue logs and MIS
• Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior
Attributes & Skills:
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus.
• Microsoft office, specifically Word and advance Excel
• Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently
• Solution oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Relevant experience:
• The incumbent should be a professionally qualified /Semi qualified Chartered Accountant with experience ranging from 3-7 yrs.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant / CMA / C.A. Inter
• DipIFR (Diploma in IFRS) would be an advantage.
