Our scope is the design, manufacture and management of a simple range of home loan products to bring the customer proposition to life.

As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions.

What will you bring?

You will have a number of the below skills and experiences:

  • Advanced business analysis skills and/or related project delivery experience, including analysis, elicitation and problem-solving techniques, as well as the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging business environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of process mapping/analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to understand and document solution requirements and participate in solution design.
  • Ability to understand technical landscapes, perform interface analysis, synthesise XMLs and identify any gaps foreseen.
  • Practical understanding and experience of system integration testing and User Acceptance testing.
  • Ability to proactively identify and assess risks, complying with risk management processes and policies and the ability to undertake Business Impact Assessments.
  • Ability to apply implementation management practices, ensuring readiness for successful technology release as well as the ability to manage implementation and monitor pilot/roll out activities.
  • Ability to apply change management practices, communicate direction, rationale and outcomes clearly (bring people on the journey) and a continuous improvement approach based on feedback loops.
  • Ability to develop training materials, document procedure guides, update collaterals and write communication.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building ability.
  • A ‘can do' attitude and a desire to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
  • A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes.
  • Ability to resolve any impediments in delivery and provide a way forward.
  • Willingness to take on the scrum master role on a rotational basis and be able to facilitate agile rituals, as well as maintaining the back
