Job Details

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directs accounting activities across multiple business entities.
Work with ownership to develop ad-hoc analyses and financial reporting.
Oversees administration of miscellaneous projects and initiatives.
Coordinates with tax and audit partners.
Oversees administration of general business practices.

ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

High level of integrity and strong work ethic.
Expert level Excel for Accounting and Financial Modeling.
Strong reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to establish and accomplish objectives.
Effective management skills.
Financial systems savvy.
Knowledge of Ag accounting software "Famous" preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 10 +years of experience.
Bachelor's degree.
CPA license preferred.
Strong leadership skills.
