A Dynamic company North of Broomfield is looking to add a dynamic Accounts Payable Specialist to their team!
The Accounts Payable Specialist will work on a large team of roughly 8 Accounts Payable Specialists.

Accounts Payable Specialist Duties:

full-cycle Accounts Payable processing in QuickBooks, including coding, input and check runs
responsible for processing approximately up to 325 invoices/month
coding to multiple projects
assist with sales & use tax
work directly with vendors and internal employees

Accounts Payable Specialist Skills:

2-3 years accounts payable experience
Experience with reconciling online purchasing accounting system
2-3 years working with accounting systems - ideally QuickBooks
Strong Communication skills, including vendors, clients, and internal employees

Hours for the Accounts Payable Specialist are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday (with some flexibility) in a casual work environment.
