Our client has grown from $40M to $175M in three years, and would love to promote everyone from within. Unfortunately they've done that with most of the 60-person Accounting group, and they need someone with a ton of untapped potential who can move up into a manager role quickly. The Senior Accountant is responsible for improving, directing, executing and managing accounting functions and staff. Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of financial data, including review, approval, and oversight for all accounting functions. Provide customer service to all departments.

The Senior Accountant is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. Senior Accountant will oversee all aspects of day-to-day accounting; Lead, guide, and direct any accounting and support staff.
