Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements including variance analysis.
  • Perform financial consolidations.
  • Coordinating external annual audit including the preparation of audit schedules and financial statements.
  • Maintain monthly schedules and accrual entries.
  • Assist with monthly close, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and consolidations.
  • Respond to requests as needed.
  • Process improvement projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college - Accounting major required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial reporting/general ledger.

  • COVID vaccination will be required unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.
  • CPA and/or public accounting experience preferred .
  • Strong analytical skills and financial reporting processes.
  • Detailed-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral.
  • Team player, flexible, reliable, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient with the MS Suite, including advance Excel.
  • Experience with ERP and consolidation software.
  • Knowledge of database reporting tools.
  • Multiple entity experience.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
