Senior Business Change Analyst - Personal Banking

The Distribution Experience team are responsible for managing and supporting the large volume of change occurring right across ASB into our frontline Personal Banking Distribution Teams, and supporting day-to-day BAU projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement.
The newly created Senior Business Change Analyst will support the Distribution Change team in the provision of analysis, and consultancy services to Business owners and stakeholders to determine and define business needs, requirements for change, frontline communications, and process improvement.
With responsibility for the effective management of day-to-day workflow of delivery activity including forecasting of change initiatives and co-management of the Change runway framework, this role will also strong focus on the communication flow to the business by creating models, presentations, and other documentation to support the business in embedding sustained change.
The ideal candidate would be a proven Business Analyst / Change Analyst with experience in the financial services industry and specific functional expertise.

- Experience of collaborating and managing relationships with business stakeholders, at all levels, with the ability to challenge where required.
- Communications experience with demonstrated capability
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid understanding of project management principles
- Working knowledge of video-editing software is an asset
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
