Job Details
Responsibility
1. Fundamental, Technical and Macro-economic analysis of deals under valaution
2. Preparing pitch-books, disclosure documents and debt/security structure for raising funds
3. Evaluation of Business model and financial model
4. To prepare Information Request Letters (IRLs) in coordination with HODs and Plant Heads
5. To evaluate Business potential of a company/product in various geographic markets
6. Reporting on Key Performance indicators of a business & capturing data for “what if” scenarios via online/offline investigation
7. Technology Assessments – competition mapping
Profile Requirements
1. CIMA, CA & MBA in General Management, Masters in Market Research/Data Analytics with minimum experience of 6 years
2. Experience in Management Consulting Firms or Investment Banking Firms would be preferred
3. Demonstrated passion for Investing
4. Self-motivated with an ability to work in ambiguity with minimum supervision
5. Strong analytical skills
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
Preferred Age Group : 30 - 35 Years
Fixed salary and a variable bonus
