Educational Qualifications & Skills requirements:
Able to join immediately / less than a week~15 days time

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- knowledge on Zendesk handling would be added advantages
- Managing facility (Housekeeping, Security , etc) administrations
- Working closely with Sales team for smooth functioning of particular Centre
Educational Qualifications & Skills requirements:
- Any UG / Hotel Management diploma / Any PG
- Minimum experiences 6 months ~1 year, even fresher can also apply
- Work location is Hyderabad Centre's
- Excellent in Communications and presentable
- Having knowledge on administrating front office / receptionist experiences
