Our client has an opportunity available for an Accountant based in Polokwane.

Requirements:

• Accounting graduate qualification.
• 5+ years' experience in the financial field preferably in the motor industry.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with banks, manage daily transaction, cheque deposit, entry posting and bookkeeping.
• Conduct financial reporting, credit control and expense control.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Liaise with Banks and follow up on Debtors payments.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules for year-end external audits.
• Assist the internal auditors with the process and control descriptions.
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential.
