Credit Controller, Luton

Salary upto £27,000 per annum depending on experience

Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, seek an experienced Credit Controller to join their friendly office on a full time, permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Accurately update and maintain customer records
• Raise customer invoices and statements as and when required
• Allocate payments to sales ledger accounts daily
• Take ownership of end-to-end debt recovery process, utilising phone and email to recover due and overdue debts
• Issue correct credit limits in line with company credit limit policy
• Take card payments and issue refunds
• Appropriately escalate defaulted debts
• Support customers with any account queries
• Ad-hoc finance administration
