Accounts Assistant
Salary up to £30,000 – dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday: 08.30 – 17.30
Our client supports commercial building projects throughout the UK. We have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join and established business based in Leighton Buzzard.
Responsibilities:
Raising of all Company Purchase orders.
Compiling & processing of Weekly wages.
Bank Reconciliations for multiple accounts.
Supply chain management – Setting up of new supplier and maintaining relationships.
Processing Supplier Invoices.
Supplier Statement Reconciliations.
Raising & resolving Supplier invoice quires.
Assisting with Month end and year end processes.
Updating and tracking weekly site paperwork.
Assisting with annual financial Audit
Ad hoc assistance as required.
Skills / Experience
Previous experience in a similar role
AAT qualified or studying towards
Excellent attention to detail
